 Virginia
moved to Maui in 2000, thus realizing a dream held since her first
visit in 1972. Maui has not disappointed. In 2000 she received her
Tour Guide certificate from the University of Hawaii Kapi'olani
Community College. Nothing makes her happier than to spread her
love and knowledge of Maui to all those she encounters. Virginia
is also active with the Feline Foundation of Maui and with environmental
concerns.
Virginia started her Real Estate practice in 2002 and has sold properties
in most areas of Maui including Upcountry, Kihei, Wailuku, Kahului,
Lahaina and Kahana. She is very familiar with many locations: she
worked in Kihei, owned properties in West Maui, lives in Pukalani
and has worked for five years as a real estate agent in Upcountry
and Paia offices. Virginia's attention to detail is a major benefit
in every phase of her successful real estate transactions. Her excellent
service and her knowledge of Maui are crucial to obtaining the best
sales price and quickest sale possible. Her goal is to match buyers
with the perfect island property for their lifestyle and family.
Virginia spent her childhood traveling around the country with
her family following major engineering projects and lived in Missouri,
Georgia, Oregon, San Francisco, where she completed high school,
and finally to Seattle. This semi-vagabond life has led her to appreciate
and love different cultures, people and climates and to enjoy travel.
She attended Pacific University in Oregon and studied art and interior
design at Washington State University before graduating in Psychology.
Before Maui she tackled a very demanding job of "soccer mom"
and coach for her two very active children involved in almost every
sport known, while working as head accountant for a civil engineering
company of 75 that she and her husband founded.
